Wu Gyarusa is an all kuro gyaru-cir based in the USA that formed in March of 2023. It was aimed to uplift black gyaru and call out anti-blackness in the gyaru community. In the future, we would like to do meetups and collab with other gyaru-cir. There are currently six members: Nicco, Tai, Bebe, Panda, Zippy, and Bunnie.
